$800 per week (eg. Three artists pay approx. $266 each)

Circle gallery is keen to encourage evening opening hours. This will provide an opportunity for people who work, to see your art. It may also enable you to be present during more of your show. We recommend a two week show in order to give as many viewers as possible a chance to visit.

- To SECURE your booking, return a completed application form, with your non-refundable deposit of $440 (incl. GST), which must be paid within 14 days. NB: YOUR BOOKING IS SECURE ONLY WHEN THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
- On the day you collect the gallery keys, you will be expected to pay the balance of the fees, as well as a refundable bond of $150. ( The bond or part thereof, may be withheld to cover cleaning, damage or loss)

The full and timely payment of gallery fees.

Ensuring responsible staffing and supervision of the gallery at all opening times
- The installation and dismantling of your exhibition
- All costs associated with printing and postage of your invitations
- Ensuring all invitations and display-promotions include the circle gallery logo
- All costs associated with your opening night function
- Insurance of your works
- The transportation of your work to and from the gallery
- Restoring the gallery to pre-exhibition condition, & rubbish removal
- Completion and return of a feedback form at the end of your show
- The timely return of the keys to gallery staff (and collection of your bond)

Meg McGregor and the staff of Circle Gallery Brisbane will be available at most times and will assist wherever possible. We aim to encourage first time exhibitors and emerging artists. From personal experience, we know that mounting a show can be a daunting prospect. We hope to ensure your efforts to reveal your work to a wider audience are not only a rewarding experience but also a real pleasure.
